What we collect

When you buy the book we collect your email address, which you enter at checkout. We use it for two things only: to send you your download link, and to reply if you contact us about your order.

We also receive basic confirmation of your purchase from our payment processor — that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the date. We do not receive, see or store your card number, expiry date or security code at any point.

Payment processing

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. When you check out you are taken to Stripe’s own secure payment page, where your card details are entered and processed on Stripe’s systems. Those details never pass through this website and we have no way of accessing them.

Stripe processes your information under their own privacy policy, which you can read at stripe.com/privacy.

Email delivery

Your download link is sent using a third-party email service, which processes your email address solely to deliver that message on our behalf.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data. Not to anyone, ever.
• We do not share it with third parties beyond the payment and email providers described above, who need it to complete your order.
• We do not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing. You will only hear from us about your order.
• We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep your order record — your email address and the fact that a purchase was made — for as long as we need it to provide support and to meet accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your email address from our records at any time, and we will, provided we are not required to retain it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. To make any such request, or to ask a question about this policy, write to us at claravossbooks@outlook.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date shown at the top.
