Refund Policy
This is a digital book delivered instantly, so sales are final — but if anything goes technically wrong, we will fix it.
Last updated: 2 September 2026
Digital delivery, final sale
What you are buying is a digital PDF. It is delivered immediately after payment: the download link appears on screen the moment your payment clears, and a copy is emailed to you. Because the full contents are in your hands straight away and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Please read the description of what the book covers before you buy, and get in touch if you are unsure whether it is right for you — we would rather answer a question first than take a sale you regret.
If something goes wrong technically
This is the exception, and we take it seriously. If you cannot get hold of the book you paid for, contact us and we will put it right. That covers things like:
- The download fails, or the file arrives corrupted or will not open.
- Your download link expired before you could use it — links are valid for 24 hours, and we will happily issue a fresh one.
- The confirmation email never arrived.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
In every one of these cases the first step is the same: write to us, and we will re-send your download or resolve the problem. If we genuinely cannot deliver you a working copy of the book, we will refund you in full.
Duplicate or unrecognised charges
If you see a charge you do not recognise or were billed twice, contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. Duplicate charges are refunded in full as a matter of course, and it is far quicker to sort out directly.
How to reach us
Email claravossbooks@outlook.com with the email address you used at checkout and a short description of the problem. Refunds, where they apply, are returned to the original payment method and typically take five to ten business days to appear, depending on your bank.
