What you are buying

Stay Clear is a digital book supplied as a PDF file. There is no physical copy, no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is a single one-off amount, shown clearly before you check out.

Your licence to use it

When you buy the book we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it. In plain terms: the copy is yours, for you. You may read it on any device you own, keep your own backups of the file, and print a copy for your own use.

What you may not do

• Redistribute it — you may not share, upload, post, email or otherwise pass the file on to other people.
• Resell it, rent it, sub-licence it, or include it in any paid or free bundle.
• Publish it, in whole or in substantial part, anywhere public — including file-sharing sites, forums or social media.
• Reproduce or adapt its contents as your own work, or use it to train machine-learning systems.
• Remove or alter any copyright notice in the file.

Quoting a short passage with attribution — in a review, or a discussion — is fine and welcome. Wholesale copying is not.

Who owns it

All text, illustrations and design in the book remain the property of the author. Buying the book buys you the right to read it; it does not transfer any ownership of the underlying work.

Health disclaimer

This is important. The book is educational content, not medical advice, and reading it does not create any clinician–patient relationship. It is general information, written without knowledge of your particular circumstances, and it is not a substitute for individual assessment by a doctor, dermatologist or pharmacist.

Always speak to a qualified clinician before starting, stopping or changing any treatment. Seek medical care promptly if your skin is infected, rapidly worsening, or not responding as expected — and in particular if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, treating an infant, or managing another medical condition.

No guarantee of results

Seborrheic dermatitis is a chronic condition. The book does not claim to cure it, and we make no promise that any approach described in it will work for you. Skin varies enormously from person to person, and what helps one reader may do nothing for another.

Limitation of liability

The book is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, its contents. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Availability of this site

We aim to keep the site and your download link working, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. If a link stops working, contact us and we will issue a new one.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any change applies from the date shown at the top of this page, and does not alter the terms that applied to a purchase you already made.
